Breakfast Casserole

6 eggs
1 lb ground sausage, browned and drained
1 c shredded cheddar
6 slices bread, cubed
1 t dry mustard
1 t salt
2 c milk

Blend all ingredients well, pour into a greased 9x13 baking dish. Cover and refrigerate 12+ hours. Bake at 350 for 45 min-1 hr.

Serve with canned fruit.
